For Black Women Ready to Normalize Healthy Choices

Hey Sis,

2026 pulled up like, “So… what we are doing this year?”  And the answer is simple: we’re doing what we love and calling it HEALTH.

No more whispering about water.
No more acting brand-new about walking.
No more apologizing for choosing peace over plates you didn’t even want.

This is the year we normalize healthy choices like it’s regular-degular.

That means:

  • Walking because it clears your mind and gives main character energy
  • Eating food that makes you feel good after, not just full
  • Resting without explaining yourself like it’s a court case
  • Saying “no” and keeping it cute

Let’s be honest—Black women have been carrying everything for everybody since forever. But in 2026? We’re choosing ourselves and still showing up fly. That’s the glow.

Healthy ain’t boring.
Healthy ain’t punishment.
Healthy is you laughing, moving, glowing, and living your real life.

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to do all the things.
You just have to do the next right thing—for you.

This year is about:

joy over struggle
consistency over extremes
peace over proving

So go ahead—drink the water.  Take the walk.  Book the trip.  Protect your energy like it’s VIP.

Do more of what you love in 2026.  Because when a Black woman chooses herself?  Everybody feels it.

And let me add this part—because this didn’t start yesterday.

I’ve been choosing wellness for years. I know my body. I know my energy. And trust me… I know when I’m off my game. That awareness? That’s the real flex.

In my workshops, I teach Good, Better, Best—because wellness isn’t all-or-nothing.

  • Good gets you started
  • Better builds consistency
  • Best is when it finally fits your real life

No pressure. No perfection. Just progress that makes sense.

I’m still very much available for Wellness Workshops, and my focus is hands-on and real:

🥬 Plant-Based Nutrition Kitchen Experiences — practical, delicious, and doable
🚶🏾‍♀️ Wellness Walks & Urban Rambles — movement, conversation, community

Right here in Denver.

This is about normalizing healthy choices for Black women in real life—not on a pedestal, not on a cleanse, not on day one energy forever.

If you’re ready to reconnect, reset, or gently get back on your groove…  I’m your girl. And we’ll do it your way.
