Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1
green apple
- 3 celery sticks
- 1
handful of spinach
- 1
handful of kale
- 1
lemon (peeled)
- 1-inch
piece of ginger
Instructions:
- Wash
all ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut
the cucumber, celery, and apple into pieces that will fit into your
juicer.
- Feed
the spinach, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon, and ginger through your
