Should You Do My Seasonal Reset™ — Fall Edition?

Fall has a way of telling the truth.

The days are getting shorter. The calendar starts filling up. The holidays are suddenly around the corner. And before you know it, “I’ll take care of myself later” starts sounding familiar again.

Later, after this busy week.

Later, after everybody else is taken care of.

Later, when life settles down.

Except life rarely settles down on its own.

That’s exactly why I created The Seasonal Reset™ — Fall Edition.  Meet Me in the Kitchen

This isn’t a diet. It isn’t a punishment for what you ate this summer. And it isn’t another challenge asking you to completely overhaul your life by Monday morning.

It’s a seasonal return to yourself.

A chance to get back into your kitchen, move your body, slow things down a little, and create a few simple habits that help you feel more like you before the holiday rush takes over.

So, should you do it?

Let’s talk.

Yes, if you’ve been running on autopilot.

You’re getting things done. You’re showing up. You’re handling business.

But somewhere between all those obligations, taking care of yourself slipped further down the list.

Meals became whatever you could grab. Movement became something you’d get back to. And slowing down? Please. Who has time for that?

The Seasonal Reset gives you a reason to interrupt that pattern.

Not with perfection.

With intention.

Yes, if you want to get back into your kitchen.

I believe something powerful happens when we get back into our kitchens.

You don’t have to become a gourmet cook. You don’t need complicated recipes or a refrigerator full of ingredients you’ve never heard of.

We’re talking soups, smoothies, juices, colorful bowls, seasonal ingredients and simple meals that make taking care of yourself feel good again.

Meet me in the kitchen.

Because sometimes the reset doesn’t begin with a big life decision.

Sometimes it begins with what you put on your plate.

Yes, if you’re curious about eating more plants.

Notice I said more plants.

You don't need a new label. You don't have to announce that you're vegan, vegetarian, plant-based or anything else.

And you certainly don't have to swear off every food you enjoy.

Start with adding.

More vegetables. More fruit. More whole foods. More color. More meals made in your own kitchen.

That counts.

Yes, if you know movement needs to be part of the conversation.

Movement is a big part of my life, and it belongs in this reset too.

But I’m not talking about punishing workouts because you ate something you think you shouldn't have.

Walk. Stretch. Do some yoga. Dance in your kitchen. Get outside. Move because your body was made to move.

Your reset doesn’t only happen on your plate.

It happens when you reconnect with your body and remember how good it feels to use it.

Yes, if you’re ready for a gentler kind of structure.

The Fall Edition gives you guidance, kitchen inspiration, reflection and simple ways to bring movement and wellness back into your everyday life.

I’m Ready to Reset

Eat well. Move often. Live boldly.
